Garage sale Whizzer found. Its rough, lol.

Found hanging from the rafters. I walked up to the sale and asked the gentleman if he had any bikes for sale and he pointed out a bunch of China junk inside the garage. Asked if I could take a closer look and he obliged. While in the garage my eyes were scanning and I caught a set of wheels hanging from the rafters that looked awfully familiar. He said he had the frame up there also and it was a Whizzer. So I brought it home with me

There is weld on either side of seat post, so someone undoubtedly was doing "Mods"...
