Does anyone have a good solution to mating heavy duty hubs such as Atom drums to standard rims such as arayas? Spoke washers, or 13 gauge spokes or get out the drill?

Find a buddy with a lathe and a spoke thread machine...and a lot of spare time?
They used to make tapered downsized thread end spokes, but I don't have a clue where to source those now.
Actually, I just found these! Make sure your hubs have 2.3mm dia holes(or pretty close) but these seem to be 13ga lower and 14ga threads. "Sapim Strong Single Butted Spokes"
Another thought was if you had access to someone with a spoke threading machine...you could get some extra long double butted 14/13 spokes(where the threaded tapered end is past your needed length) lop the threaded butted part off and rethread on the 14ga diameter part.
