Picked this up last week . Plan on making it a rat rod but any idea on the year . I think it’s a monarch . What do you guys think. Thanks for your response ahead of time.

Might be a 1947-L Westfield; look at the fairly unique seat post clamp; might take the banjo-style chain adjusters.
