No, she's only discounted the price $1500. It was $7000 at the peak and $5500 now. She did sweep up a little bit of the BS though and then added some elephant droppings.

That $5500 price is for those East of the Appalachian Mountains. She's giving Southwest people the super low discount price and hasn't raise the price back up during the last month.
