@JIM OWEN, and an original front tire from
a50crosleytrk@msn.com, aka Robert Dean Tire Co. the front rim is always useable with an RD tire but the rear needs a lighter tire to be rideable and the Jim Owen wheels are your best bet. He also has a multitude of parts available for the Ingo in case you wanted to replace your rubber standing pad, etc....
