Garden variety Tube Industries bike extruded from the Nottingham Raleigh factory, and other factories, by the tens of thousands. Not rare, not valuable, but, useful if put into good condition. Wrong grips and seat, rebuildable pedals and upside down shift lever lettering put it before 1962, or so.
The fenders are the B tier type with galvanized bolt on stays, the wheels are the Eastrick version, seen on the same bikes. Missing it’s pump. Bet you $20 the cones in the front wheel are toast.
I’ve parted a butt load of bikes just like it, usually got them for less than $25, sometimes free.
If you put $150 worth of new tires, tubes, rim tapes, chain, brake shoes, cables, and a better seat on it, you might get $50 for it on Craig’s List. That said, if you serviced and took care of it, it would easily last 50-100 more years.
