Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
I found this bike looks to be Italian. I can find no information on the company or anything for that matter. It seems to be a Golden Arrow Torino at least that is what the badging says. Hoping someone here will be able to help me out, Thank you and yes its a mess

yes to Italy

headset OFMEGA

fork crown AGRATI

pedals likely Way-Assauto or Agrati

chainset may be Agrati

gear ensemble appears Shimano

stem/bar set may be ITALMANUBRI (ITM)

brake looks like it may be Balilla or Super Rapid, not enough detail in image to determine (at least for me auld peepers!)
cover on brake lever is a REG (Rampinelli) item

there are also one or two Arrow marques which emanate from Belgium

it was posted over in the other thread on the bicycle in the GENERAL forum that it looks to be an ATALA product

ATALA cycles produced by Cesare Rizzato company

they own six or eight badges, with ATALA by far the best known

others include Atlantica, Lygie, Maino, Rizzato

the cycle's OFMEGA headset is a helpful dating aid

first use of the OFMEGA/Of.Me.Ga. brand name was 1966
