That's really cool! Now a days they give out plastic pens with the company name, back then these cool pieces were given out. Were they intended for bicycles or anything the customer could imagine?
I believe they were used as a licence plate topper originally and then used on bicycles. Silvertown was the name they used on some of their tires starting in the 20's and later that included a bicycle tire. They claimed it was the safest tire made.
