Got a question on these rims ingraved troxel logo in them!

So I got a got what looks to be a set of rims maybe nickel, with new departure rear hub. So after looking them there is ingraving by the hole for the tube and it says troxel on both side. I've never seen this before, so I'm asking for anyone's Intel on these rims. Thank you very much will post full shot of the rims later!

I have ink stamped triple step rims marked troxel

They must have had a tough time competing with the major Rim mfgs because you never see these come up.
