Got Flashed at local swap meet

Ha…. But I did pick up this early Flash bike frame set. I have not seen this particular badge before. I did more research when I got home. Interesting bike. Chrome guard and fork. Not that I know if any of it came on bike originally. Price was right and my curiosity prompted me to open my wallet. Good day at the Loveland hot Rod and bike swap.

@Archie Sturmer In addition to the Peerless headbadge, I presume this is a another one of those horizontal badges you mentioned (in a post from a thread that I can't seem to copy and paste), This looks like a Snyder bike with a curved bridge on the seat stays?
