Great Western America

-
I have seen hardware store ads with the GWM names America and Crown; it looks like A&S picked up on the America badge, and Snyder/Harris on the Crown badge.

I would go with 1935-D Snyder built at their Excelsior Michigan City factory in Indiana.

A 3” tall McCauley #1001 tank-toolbox may be a harder-to-find size (than the 2+1/2” McCauley #3 pictured); and might fit other 1935 bicycles such as Shelby (short-frame) or Westfield.
