any help with I'd on this one ,schemeltzer store badge. I just liked the local kansas city badge and lic plate. found thread on this bike a few years ago wasn't too informative. looks kinda like military frame although I know nothing about those.,yea I know it's got the wrong wheelset on it......thanks
