The chain guard is an amature repaint, pin stripe or tape. Seat is a repop; old would have colored or toned. Tires dead; bad cracks from sitting without air B/C the repop tires are crap in comparison to 50's, that's pretty much enough to call it fake. Yet bonus points, the tank; that's a crappy tape job when it was painted green and WTF is that white doing under it? An old tank with stuck polish on it,, maybe? but, screwy chrome polish job too, it doesn't match the new chrome everywhere else. . . U see tank's top edges of the green are sharp and thick, straight from masking tape. Hard to be sure but, zinc parts look like paint. As far as a 95 Centennial, you ask the seller for serial numbers under the bottom bracket. But, if it's too good to be true, with all the reconstruction and new stuff, Crappy pin stripes on chain guard; it's a Centennial 95 Phantom frame, (Nice pin striping) so, serial number will be whack. And if the dope doesn't know what it really is? They will once they see the embossed Centennial 1895-1995 mark down there or, give them selves away for trying to hide it. . Fenders original? What, yeah right, okey doky smokey. .
