Green & White 1956 Streamliner Find

Recent 1956 streamliner find , should clean up well cant wait to get it going again , can anyone tell me what color this is ? , i will post pictures of the project as i go , thanks for looking !!!!

Does anyone know why the badge would be blue ? I have a 56 hornet deluxe in same color green ! I was assuming that it was blueish due to ultra violet rays .... Just an assumption tho .

I think you may be right about the sun faded it to blue, I was wandering the same thing myself , thanks for looking guys , cant wait to start cleaning it up !!!

nice find! i've seen the "blueish" badge lettering on green bikes from this era quit often. I always thought they came from the factory that way but the sun fading theory may be the real reason. ??
