Grip questions

Has anyone ever seen a set of "R" grips that were mentioned in the Miami Mfg. Catalogs from the late teens - early twenties? I'm looking for suggestions on grips that would be proper for a bike of that time period.

Racycle grips- made | Antique Bicycles Pre-1933

Here are the first 3 (workable) pairs of experimental grips out of the mould. The mould only holds one grip, so it will be slow going. Working on both a hard sand-able eurathane, and a soft, plyable rubber. Problem is that the original Racycle catalogue says that the grips are rubber and...

I not think too many were made originally or in 2013. The original came off a pre-1910 bicycle as I recall from an inquiry. The motorbike grips in the late teens/ early 1920's were being fit out with either leather bulldogs or rubber by Miami. Any better literature @Dave Stromberger ?

From 1921, image post credit to @chitown, none of these look leather except for the wood wrapped type on the junior and ladies model on the far right (last image). This first picture raises another question; we have seen the flying R - Racycle chain ring, the flying F - Merkel ring, but has anyone seen a flying H - Hudson chainring?

In the advertisement images in the last post the "S" grips appear clearly on motorbike model. Could the below be the "R" grips?
