Has anyone info regarding Sturmey Archer SA logo on a leather saddle?

    Has anyone info on an old leather saddle with the Sturmey Archer SA logo on it?

    thanks for posting. Any chance of a photo of the underside too, details of springs/rails/cantle and any other markings would be good to see.
    I'm out riding with my local V-CC group next Saturday (9th) and I'll pick a few knowledgable brains for you.

    I suspect that is a Selle Anatomica saddle which has nothing to do with Sturney Archer. They were famous for the center cut outs. Roger

    Could be, doesn't seem to match any of their models though.
    Would still like to see a photo of the underside though @Catman.

    I suspect it is an older model not one of their (SA's) current offerings. They were one of the firsst to use the center split saddles. The other SA from England had their saddle stamped Brooks as Brooks, SA and Raleigh were all in the same empire at one time. Roger
