Has anyone seen this badge?

Hopefully going to get a couple of bikes tomorrow, and this post war dx has this badge. I asked the guy if there were any other holes in the headtube where the badge was robbed and replaced by this one. Pic is bit blurry but it's the best he can get me. What do you guys think. He says it's OG to the bike. Thanks guys! Zach

Only reason i question it is because the wheels appear to be swapped out.

I've seen them on both. I know I had at least one on a bike. Just don't remember.... I didn't own it long.
