Hawthorne child's bike

Seek info about bike we bought years ago and hanging in my garage. Light on front, luggage rack, bulb horn, Kenda tires 20.215, serial number B069281. Hawthorne badge and shows Montgomery Ward. It could be as small as 16 inches, not sure. Appreciate any info and help or advice.
