Hawthorne? V70 project

This looks like it started as a V70, but it's Hawthorne badged. Not sure the exact model, so just check out the pictures. Pretty uncommon frame.

No cracks. One rub / grind area by the seat post tube. Pointed out in a photo.

New Departure front. Morrow P1 dated rear.

Solid bike ready to be built up. Thought this would be cool as a Klunker.

Does this take a standard seat post clamp or expanding lock bolt type the 36 takes?

I think this would take the expanding type. I was going to run a wedge style seat post since this does not have it anymore.

It needs this 1936 one year only collet seat post.
