Good price on these. Yes, they are exercise pedals but they are old Torringtons. The blocks are 11's and can be used on girls pedals. The frames on are extra wide and great for someone with big feet. I used a set of Torrington 8 replacement blocks on a set of these, when cut to fit they will give you pedals that are 1/2" wider than the standard Torrington 8 or 10 mens pedals.
