1967 by the serial. That Persons Solo Polo seat is probably worth a good bit to a Sting Ray collector!

@erleeriser I'm sure you are correct about the Columbia frame. Sprocket looks to be Huffy to me. Chain guard appears to be a generic aftermarket. I'm guessing this bike was built up from whatever was laying around. I did plenty of that in my youth as well, assembling whatever I had or could get for free.
