help - antique wood rimmed bicycle - can you help me identify this bike?

Hi, I am going to pick up this antique bicycle tomorrow so for now I only have this single photo. I was told the bike does not have a badge on front. Can anyone help me identify this bicycle just so I know who built it. I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you. Phil

Shares similar characteristics with Early Manson bikes. Manson had similar frame, with elliptical dropouts but most of their drops were a little different. Manson had a few different style frames and switched around features.
