Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Picked up in Virginia yesterday this Cobalt Blue girls Excelsior bike, serial # X04723. Yale locking front fork, truss rods. chrome chainguard a killer goose neck stem. There's no fender holes for a light and it appears never to have had a tank, front hub ND W and the rear ND D with drop center rims. It has what looks like old oil coating the bike, it should clean up, maybe more then normal scratches on the fenders but the frame retains decals and pin stripes. Any information is appreciated.

Has indications of a '36--straight lock and stem but that serial number and style is saying '37-8? Experts? V/r Shawn
