Help Dating this Westfield moto frame

Had this kicking around for awhile decided to see if anyone can help dating this frame it’s a larger size tank frame. Could it be a late Columbia or indian? Thanks....Sorry nfs.

If that frame turns out to be a 29-31 model year, that cigar tank that Rust Trader is currently selling will fit this frame.

Some features (forks, tank gap) remind me of Shelby, but not the older-looking unique stays and chain tensioner, and not much detail at the bottom bracket (split, flush joints). The stays and tensioner remind me of older Iver Johnsons, but others may have adopted those features.

It does look like it for sure but this has Only two hole badge and is off set.. here’s the numbers
