help ID old unicycle

Has anyone seen one of these or know anything about this unicycle project. It is nickel or chrome plated cast brass with a steel insert to hold the seat post.

I HAVE A OLD FRIEND THAT IS LEGALLY BLIND AND HAS
TAUGHT HIMSELF HOW TO RIDE ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO.
HE ALSO BUYS AND REFURBISHES UNICYCLES.

DO YOU HAVE A WHITE BACKGROUND YOU CAN TAKE PICS OF
THIS BIKE AND DETAIL. I WILL SEE HIM TUESDAY AND WOULD
LIKE HIM TO SEE THEM. HE NEEDS CONTRAST TO SEE ANY THING.
HE ALSO KNOWS UNICYCLE BUILDERS AND MAY BE OF HELP TO YOU.

HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE LIKE EMAIL, ETC.,
BUT I WOULD BE GLAD TO HAVE HIM SEE THIS. HE CANNOT CALL
LONG DISTANCE, BUT HE CAN TAKE PHONE CALLS.
