Yes, Colson. Most likely post-1933...34/35..26". Interesting holes in the seat stays to perhaps secure some sort of massive rack on the back that was ultimately removed.....Badge may be added with a drill, some rivets and a hammer. Crankarm and ring look original to the frame/fork. @Balloonoob .......We do strange things to old bikes over time. This one has seen some heavy use and it just keeps going...

I can see the rear seat stay is pretty tweaked. This may be a good candidate for a part-out. Very expensive to bring back with good parts...pete
