Look Ma, No Hands!
Yesterday I posted about a couple of tandems that I could really use help in identifying. It seems that my title, "Hoffman Bicycle Co., Cleveland Tandem", didn't get much traction, so I am hoping this one will get more attention. I believe that the tandems may be Hoffmans of Cleveland, OH.

Here is a link to my original post:

https://thecabe.com/forum/threads/hoffman-bicycle-co-cleveland-tandem.157840/

The above link has the maximum number of pics allowed.

Any help would be appreciated.

why not bump your previous thread instead of starting another?

====================================================

@Boisenberi

Am in full agreement with @fordmike65 .

Your related thread has not yet been posted for 24 hours.
It will celebrate that anniversary at 11
:21 PM today.

Give the peeps time to search and research ( activities
that are generally not given a hero's welcome by the
readership ).

The more evidence you can document as to ''Accurate
Hoffman Genetic Features'' … the greater your I.D. success
may be … not only for you, (as you engage in identification)
-- but for others familiar with marques of a different origin.

Give the peeps time to incubate.

From a personal perspective … I will not be researching all of
the possible Hoffman bicycle-frame/fork genetic indicators,
and then Compare and Contrast every TOC bicycle manufacturer
that ever had a badge or decal that began in ''A'' … and ended in ''Z''.

Researching / Documenting ''Accurate Hoffman Genetic Features''
may be on somebody's ''to do'' list … but it's not on mine.

Help the Comparers and the Contrasters help you.

Very respectfully …..

….. patric

Thank you all for your input, your points are well taken. Any advice and guidance is and will be welcomed. From your comments it looks like I need more help... Could someone tell me what a "bump" is, how it's done, and how it works? I looked in the helps and could find no mention of it.

Please understand that it's not my intent to ruffle anyone's feathers, but the original post has not received a single like or reply, even though it was posted some 8 hours prior to this post. This post, on the other hand, seems to have garnered a decent bit of attention in its very short life. Maybe my reasoning isn't completely flawed?

Sincerely, Paul
