Help ID my bike please

Trying to ID my bike, I thought it was a 57’ schwinn and that what the database said but it seems I might be wrong, I have got answers that it might be a Shelby or a western flyer, if you can help me find what year and model this is that would be much appreciated, the main reason I questioned if it was a schwinn was the chain guard I can’t find it anywhere online(vin:5614894, schwinn database recognizes it and says it 57 which kind of confuses me)

That second pic is the serial it’s a bit rough got a better look at it and it says 5614894, it’s located in the back left drop down

Looks like a Ross frame with a lot of stuff changed on it.

Look to see if serial begins with R. If first three is R56, then I think Ross 1956
