I believe this to be a 40s ??? Schwinn made for Witte Hardware in St Louis. Can anyone assist with more info? Still trying to get pix of serial number.

I agree with the others but add that it has a lot of wrong parts-fenders, guard, stem, pedals. Not sure about the seat or bars. V/r Shawn
