Help ID silver bike

What exactly is this?

It came with 24" wheels which I have too.

I'm not an expert on these but I'd say that is a very early example with some unique features. I've never seen one badged as a mead ranger and that rear reflector is a new one for me. Also I think the flared tubing at the head tube is unusual. I've read that the cut away lugs mean is was an early model.

My guess would be 35-36

35 silver king with the wrong badge. Monark built bike... Or wards, take your pick.... Reflector is correct.
