Hi, cleaning out bike stuff and found this hand tool. No markings that I can see. Not sure if it is bike specific. Seems to be some kind of removal tool?

Looks similar to a Vespa flywheel or clutch removal tool.

Pretty positive its a Moen faucet cartridge removal tool. Might have been modified for a bike though.
