Nah, not Flyer, just the M and W in the center.

I have the same bike in the female version, I don't know much about it but I have been told that the chainring was used in 1934-35, I believe that mine is a 34 because of the headbadge, from what I have found I believe that they used the Hermes badge in 34, then went to the MW badge in 35, I may very well be wrong (probably am) but all my research seams to point in that direction
