Help Identify Bike

The bike has been repainted and has a couple questionable features. The headbadge looks new and put on with screws. Stainless steel fenders connected with fillip screws. Huffman decal on seat tube.
Bike has Morrow hubs.

Snyder built would be my guess. But its a mix for sure.

I'm thinking '38 Huffman built with a whole lot wrong e.g. fenders, seat, guard, rack, bars, stem, chain ring/crank, pedals, and truss rods. V/r Shawn
