Help identify this early KLAXON horn...

This one has been in the horn collection a long time...
Do not believe I have come across another just like it..
Anyone have one or any ads or info on them ? I'm thinking made around 1910 or so ?
Only writing I see on it is Pat pending, made in USA..
Measures 3" across face...

Ahh haa and I Thank You...
I did not know that Bevin Brothers got much into horns versus their very well known bells from the mid 1800s on and they are still at it making all sorts of Bells in CT..
