Hey guys. I finally "Dug" around the internet long enough and found the bike. Its a 1972 Windsor Carrera. Not what I was hoping for but for 25 bucks It was a fun journey.😀 Thanks to everyone for trying.

it is the Carrera Sport model manufactured by ACER-MEX

the same bicycle was also sold badged as the manufacturers other marque - Carabela

two oddities to be aware of:

steerer inside diameter and stem are the .833 size

steerer thread is BSC

bottom bracket shell is Italian threaded but is 68mm in width rather than the 70mm width one would expect with a typical Italian dimension shell

one U.S. importer/distributor for the marque at this time was Bicycle Parts Pacific of San Diego, California
