Help identifying 60's Vintage Bike

I purchased this beautiful vintage bike from Facebook today to cruise around town. The previous owner said she believes it's from the 1960's but it's been painted at least twice and I cannot find any brand identifiers for the frame or breaks. There are two numbers stamped on the underside of the crank, 4629213 and 503.47312.0. It is a 10 speed with manual shifters below the handle bars on the headset. Any information would be appreciated!

The number 502 used to be a Sears ID on the bikes they had made for them. 503 might be a newer number for the 70s. It is possibly a Sears sold bike.

the cycle's model of Simplex Prestige shift lever did not begin coming in on new machines until the 1971 model year

you may find a date marking on the backside of the Simplex Prestige rear derailleur or on the underside of the body of the Simplex Prestige front derailleur

Looks like Altenburger front brake caliper so what Juvela says makes sense.
