Finally riding a big boys bike
I was pleased to acquire this yesterday. It’s obviously been “restored” sometime in its past. No decals or headbadge. Holes for the headbadge are on either side of the headtube. Front hub is ND Model M. Rear is ND Model A. The number 99561 is stamped in the bottom bracket along with what appears to be a T. The lamp is a Hall Model S. I’ve got a lot to learn about bikes of this era so would appreciate your thoughts and knowledge. Thank you.

Is the serial number stamped on the un-
derside of the crancase ?

If ''yes''.. is it stamped in the directionality
of the crank-center ? (East / West)

Or, is it stamped in the general-direction
that the tires roll ? (North / South)

Maybe somewhere else ?

thank you ...
