'Lil Knee Scuffer
I’m looking to identify these 26” 36 hole I believe a clincher rim they have about a 3/4” taper to center of the rim overall with is 1”1/2 inside is 1”1/8 Any help would be appreciated

They look like prewar drop centers. They were on the majority of bikes after 1937 or so.
 
Don't look like clinchers but don't know how you can tell pre war from those awful pictures, hard to see but spoke holes look mors off set ( left to right ) which is not to common, seems like most USA made rims spoke holes are more in line?
