Any how I ask a few people. They have to me there Elgin bluebird, possibly also Elgin robin handle bars. I would like to confirm this any help would be appreciated!

Wow George Awesome!

From what I have seen on early Wald shim bars the spot crimpling is more random and hand finishing marks are around the shim radially.

On Torrington shim bars the spot crimping is more centered and has longditudinal clamping lines.

I think he would have noticed an R stamped in the shim!

Btw do you know who made the bars for Rollfast? Probably Wald.
I've seen a few with light or worn down stampings so...its possible it was missed. They have the curved profile I've seen on Rollfast bars. Not sure who made them, but I know Rollfast made several of their own parts, including obviously bearings, but also stems, spokes and nipples.
