Help Identifying these Monark Parts?

I know this is easy for most of you, but still Greek to me. Picked these up in a lot of parts and understood they were for a Monark, late 40's early 50's. Any help correctly identifying them (make, model, year) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Not sure about that stem but the stand appears to be the same type used on the Hex Tube. V/r Shawn
