'Lil Knee Scuffer
I have had great luck finding help here with parts that I have come across and I am hoping someone here might be able to help me identify this bike brand and possibly it's age.
I see a little bit of green paint hiding under old house paint but no badge or anything to tell me what it is.

The crank should be year dated. Also, if you clean up the brake arm, I can see 'NEW DEPARTURE'. If it reads "Model D' beneath that, it's '34-8, if it says "Brake", it's the next generation.
