Help identifying

I went to a garage sale this morning and I found what appears to be a muscle bike.
It has a frame that looks familiar to me but I really don't know what it is. The front forks kind of look Huffy... Maybe???
The front wheel is a 16-in wheel The back wheel is a 20-in slick. The front fork is set up for the 16-in wheel as well as the fender. This anybody have any idea what this thing is????
