Hi,

I was hoping one of the BMX experts may be able to give me an idea what is the year and model of this frame. It has an interesting gusset.

Also, should I wire brush the frame and hit it with a spray rust neutralizer and a coat of primer?

RF, can you see the gusseting on the Black Widow? I can't but it my just be the angle of the original photos.
 
I think I see it in there. Also, the top of the swing arms look the same. On the Matthews bikes they are flat at the top, this frame has tubes still.
 

1975 CCM Bobcat. I think this is it RF. Go look at the gussets on the one on the BMX Museum site. Quite a find!​

 
Here is another one, maybe someone made the frames for both companies?
