Help me nail down the year of this Streamliner

Picked up this 24" BF Goodrich over the weekend. The Schwinn chart states that the serial number was used in '52 and '57. I know the crank is wrong. It has one block and one waffle pedal. Missing the tank, fenders and truss rods. Rims are S2 but tires are mismatched(both are 1.75). It has a side stand. This color seems to be less common ? Any info would appreciated. Thanks !

Well it's a November 53 serial number also and no 24" Streamliner ballooners in 53, so with a Nov. serial I'd say it's a 1954 model Streamliner.
