Help!! Need info

Found in my Grandpa’s garage...probably my Mom rode them as a kid, unfortunately, she’s not around to tell the story.

Can anybody help me with info about?? Red-n-white bike has no Mfg markers. Rusty old upside down bike appears to be a Schmelzer???

Better pics would certainly help but red bike appears to be post war CWC not sure on rusty upside down bike. V/r Shawn

Red one is a 40's Clevand Welding built bike, serial # will tell the year, other looks possibly 30's Schwinn.
