Cruisin' on my Bluebird
------

clearly marked as a Nippon product

would think it must date from the interwar period as saddle is marked "Made In Greater Japan"

the phrase "Greater Japan" would not have been permitted during the occupation period ~1945-53 and is very unlikely to have been employed subsequently

the empire's collective term for the conquered lands was "The Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere"

possible that the phrase "Greater Japan" may indicate a cycle produced away from the home islands and within the empire by a Japanese manufacturer

contacted an expert on Japan cycle products and they reported they had no information on any of the three marques found on the machine
