Any thoughts on value on this bike , German badge is about all I know about it

Worth the gamble if it's reasonable. I think bikes like this will be good investments as
they design window is small and variations on muscle bikes get pretty creative.

Kinda depends on your plans for it. If you're thinking of buying it to flip, personally I would pass at that price. If you want it to add to your collection it may be worth trying negotiate the price down a bit to account for the bent fork.

Better CONDITION front fork looks wrong I would pass 200 for parts at the most
