Wore out three sets of tires already!
When riding the bike u apply the brakes then it rotated a whole turn before it catches again what’s wrong with the hub
thanks in advance
 
Most likely gummy inside. A good clean and regrease should take care of it. Easy hub to work on too.
 
Check that the retarder spring isn't broken or damaged.
