Help with a value , and feedback

Good morning all, hoping you can assist a new enthusiast with the value of a bike for sale also to let me know what it’s missing or what’s not correct.
To me it looks like a nice bike overall, but looks can be deceiving and your knowledge and feedback is appreciated.

I'd consider this a custom. To try and make this complete and correct would cost you at least double what you could buy a correct bike for.

looks like maybe a 24inch, in that case the spring fork could be worth something if it is an original. Not much else I can tell from pic other then what freq mentioned about being upside down a few times over trying to get it original.

$200 tops, customs are a hard sell. Bummer someone painted that slimline tank, that was the most valuable part

I say if that Pumkin light is not missing any parts & even works? Thats the most valuable on it @ this point. Plus "maybe the wheels if 26"

If the tank is original to the bike, then it would have been a Fleet, not a Panther. Stem is Fleet not Panther. Springer fork is over 10 years earlier than the frame. No idea what the rims are. Worth at least $200 in parts and more if the light is as suggested above. Nice custom Klunker.

Light works and the wheels are 26”
But he’s asking $400 (Canadian) which I think is a little high considering the feedback from cabe members

Thank you that’s kinda what I was thinking as a fair price From a clunker or custom perspective there are others out there for a better price , but thanks again for the help
