More info also would be helpful. Type of bike and better pictures of the parts you have.

appears bearing cup for non-driveside is missing

you could easily harvest one for next to nothing at a junkyard/dump type facility.

it is press fit into the bicycle frame's bottom bracket shell.

I’m guessing stripped threads somewhere. Rear tandem crank, so lots of stress or just heavy hands in the past.

The way the chain is wrapped about the crank (spindle?), looks like a chain link remover tool may be needed, or a flashlight to find a master link.
